The sorrow of Belgium.
We broke a record we shouldn't have today, over 900km of traffic jams reported this morning, because of unexpected snowfall just before morning traffic started. I think most of the problems are due to cars running without winter tyres here in Belgium - lots of cars stuck in tunnels and such.
